I ordered to large smoothies online for pickup and arrived a minute or two before the pickup time. I waited at the pickup window for an employee to acknowledge my presence and the two employees preparing the items would bring orders to the pickup location tell the name (not make eye contact) and quickly turn away and continue to make the next order. I read the sign to alert an employee that you have an online order to pickup and found this suggestion rather strange. Why must a customer alert an employee that we (paying customers) need attention? Needless to say my order was ready and had been ready long before my arrival and was waiting in your refrigerator...thank you for making my order on time where the execution failed was the on time delivery because of being ignored. By the way the person ignoring me saw me looking on the counter for my order and still did not acknowledge the customer.
Evan is amazing at making the Health nut smoothies! I go anywhere or have others make it and it is way to water down no thickness to it. Evan is the only person that has ever made this perfect!
One of the worst custumer service I've ever had by far. Waited almost 20 minutes for just two bowls. There were three employees and I heard them just sitting there and telling each other to make the order. When we finally recieved the bowls, one was barely half full. When we asked why, the lady just laughed and said "I don't know, that's just how they come out sometimes. But I mean I can take some out of the other one if that's what you want." Startled by her answer, we didn't want to argue so we left. However, on our way out she proceeded to tell her coworker as she pointed and laughed at us. Horrible service, food left us feeling unsatisfied, and prices are too high for the value. Never coming back to any Nekters.

Great stuff but service couldn’t be any slower !! Seem to always have kids working nobody has any idea what hi should be running register or making drinks and bowls a lot of work to do to get this placing running how it should!!
Visited this place because of its healthy background. It was my first time. Needless to say, the smoothie I ordered was amazing! This place is full of healthy smoothies, shakes, detox drinks, and more. Place is clean and staff is friendly. I agree with the pricing considering if you want the best for your health, then you should invest in your health. Highly Recommend!
