Smoothies were ready on time. When there are delivery orders of multiple drinks it would be helpful if the cups could be labeled in some way. Thank you

Hello. I thought everything was OK. I placed an order via mobile for pickup but my order wasn't ready when I got there but that was fine. She said it would only be a few minutes. The reason I didn't give a 9 or 10 like I would normally do is that I saw her bag the orders for the two people that were ahead of me. When she brought my two orders out she just left them on the counter and didn't put them in a bag. I thought that was very odd. I would have rated this experience lower but the smoothie and bowl I hadn't had before were really good.

I was waiting for a long time and can see my smoothie is there!!!!!!!!

Delicious Avocado Smoothie will order again

The juices were awesome, but the wait is what made the experience not so good. I placed an order for 7 juices for a specific time. Upon arrival I was given one juice and nobody verified that it was 7 and not 1 single drink so I had to wait for all the other customers drinks to come and go before someone came back from their break who started working on my order. Long story short I took hot drinks to my employees after waiting an extra 20 mins for a scheduled order pick up, and they weren’t very tasty at that point. Definitely won’t be going back to Nekter for a large order but maybe a smoothie here and there. This order was a waste of money and time.

Always perfectly mixed smoothies and friendly staff.

The waiting time was a little long. I’ve had the same experience at another location so not sure what it is. Delicious natural smoothies though.

Store was busy and understaffed. I ordered two smoothies via the app. Admittedly I did get there early but they were backed up. They made one of my smoothies, handed it to me & I went to sit down and wait for the other. Another customer had sent his smoothies back because not being thick enough & others that were there before me as well as after were all waiting. I ended up leaving after about 15mins with only one of the smoothies I paid for. Such a bummer.

Went to Nekter to get a smoothie for my son and myself. Again for the second time the location was dirty at the register, counters, walls, and dusty all over the displays. We received our drinks and we're disappointed in the taste as well. I would think that the product would be the same at each location. I will never go to this location again or Nekter in general if the company feels that it is okey that one of their facilities is not being kept clean and healthy during such a crazy time. If they are cutting corners with cleaning what are we actually drinking. Truly disappointed, Jamba Juice will be getting my business.

One of my favorite places to get fresh, delicious, and invigorating juices, smoothies, shots of ginger and turmeric, or bowls of awesomeness. Fast and healthy, stop by for an unbelievable experience in tastiness. Nekter provides the boost of energy your looking for, in the morning, before or after a workout, or to complement a meal. Come by and come often!

Ordered a Juice and got a smoothie.

Pretty good. Wait times are around 20 minutes during peak times. I get a greenie here every morning. To those of you complaining about wait times, why don't you try making a fresh smoothie 20 times in a row while fumbling to get all the ingredients and all while having 20 sets of beady eyes waiting for their drink. I understand and I am a patient man.

Not at all happy with wi-fi speed. The whole lounging furniture is nice. The new Supreme Green smoothie was revolting. It tasted nothing like strawberries, lemons etc instead it tasted overpowered with too much crushed ice. It tasted like water with a slight hint of greens. The manager here needs to spruce up their recipe because it was a disaster. This drink and visit was definitely not worth $9 for this. Fast wifi would be nice. And nobody apologized for this mishap because they were too busy being shocked at the service I got instead of honing in and fixing it or offering me something. Just got totally blindsided by this. Such a regret coming here.

Delicious vitamin and nutrient packed smoothies in a cafe setting, everytime I've been in its been clean with a helpful staff, would recommend
