Mango smoothies were delicious felt that natural energy!

I ordered a smoothie and instead of making it fresh they just scooped premade mix into a cup and served it to me. It was good, but I expected it to be made fresh :/

I redeemed a size increase, but my smoothie size did not increase. I purchased a 24 ounce and that was the size that was delivered. So I lost my size increase without actually using it.

This place is delicious... I will go back for the bowls any day... However I am sick of the 30 minutes wait for a smoothie. A bowl can take a couple minutes longer, I get it... but even then. Walk-ins should take more of a priority than call in if that is what is causing the wait. I see a place that is basically empty and I go in expecting to be out in 5 minutes... 20 minutes later I am just getting my bowl. I am not naming anyone because I don't think it's the workers... because it is every time. If I find somewhere that is just as good but faster I am switching it up. That beat juice you have is the best though.

Terrible service let me explain, i come in the workers are in the back which i mean it happens if its a slow night no biggie than i proceed to order my popeye Acai smoothie.. the tall guy starts making it he notices there is no more cashew milk left he goes to the faucet and pours water and combines it with the cashew water??? I asked hey man why did you do that? In the past they have never done that. He responds he put water to have mote cashew milk. I was upset to the fact that the water was not filtered!!!! I got my money back but if they do that in front of their customers i could only imagine whay they do in the back. Next is submitting a BBB complaint.

First timer here, I ordered online. I liked my smoothie. Wished it was blended more so that the pieces weren’t so obvious (Banana Boost). I had to ask for my order, so that took another 2-3 minutes. Very good! Will come back and try something new.

Came here after hiking A mountain. Prices threw me off for a minute it is a little more expensive than I was expecting. But after tasting the smoothie that I got and experiencing the feeling of well-being that accompanied it I'm fully convinced that it's worth every dime.

They handed us our ups covered in smoothie spilling over the top. The drink tasted bland and like there was absolutely no mango or pineapple. I love your company and visit often but this store is horrible. Said waste $12.50

The order was ready faster than expected and the worker was very friendly and eager to help me. Also the bowl and smoothie were great!

Today I ordered the wrong size smoothie on my phone to pick up for a to go order. The cashier was so kind to let me know that I would not be able to upgrade, but they did allow me to take the size I wanted at no additional charge. I offered to pay the difference, and she said not to worry about it. I recently learned about nektar juice bar, since the quality of Jamba Juice has taken a little bit of a dive. I love that everything is so fresh, and there is an option to create your own smoothie which is what I did today. It makes choosing a healthier lifestyle so much easier,at a reasonable price.

The new pumpkin smoothie that I ordered didn't have any flavor of pumpkin in it. It was very disappointing. I'll stick to an acai bowl next time.

First time trying this place out & I'm glad I did! The ambience was really relaxing & the customer service was amazing. The guy who worked the register was informative & laid back, the other guy was very humorous & personable, & the young lady who made my smoothie was sweet! I definitely got what I paid for, the smoothie & pitaya bowl were both filling & tasty & I'm having left overs today 😊 thank you guys!

First time trying Nékter and I was definitely impressed! Tried the Pink Flamingo which was sweet but not too sweet like a lot of other smoothies end up being. Didn't have to wait long for my drink so another plus of this location! Will definitely be returning soon!

My bf and I absolutely love going to Nékter and the customer service is always on point. However, this time around, I decided to download the app so I could order beforehand. We were in a rush to head to Peoria and thought that our smoothies would be done long before we even got to the store, so we rushed over, and this time, we weren't even greeted. It took what felt like forever for our smoothies to be made when normally it's ready within a couple of minutes. Being someone who works in customer service, I would understand if it were busy or if the workers simply had other things to do, but they were all just talking to eachother. I was very bummed, especially because the smoothies weren't even done within the 20 minutes the app said they'd be ready by. We ended up being late to where we needed to be :( I love Nékter and will undoubtably be back within the next couple of days, but I was rather disappointed to experience poor customer service when I know it's not the norm for that juice bar. Consistency is key, my dudes!
