I've always been to this place and today was not okay. Made a smoothie, it was separated & watery. My bowl barely any fruit on it & strawberries were spoiled i just through it out.

Went there today specifically for their vanilla coconut nondairy soft serve. Employee said they were out and had no idea when back in stock. I decided to get a smoothie. It took awhile to get it and got A 16oz instead of 24 oz that I already paid for. My bad for not noticing when I was there. understaffed. No wonder couldn't get it right. I'm upset I was over charged. Feel ripped off.

It honestly was a waste of 6 dollars, unfortunately. The “Popeyes” smoothie tasted like nothing other than straight bananas. If you love bananas, get that drink.

My smoothie consistency was more like a juice beverage. I’ve had this smoothie many times before and it was not done correctly.

I got the mango blast smoothie 16oz and it wasn’t the best smoothie I’ve tasted. It tasted like frozen mangoes. I couldn’t really tasted any of the other fruits that are suppose to be in it.
I order online, gave me a 20 minute wait for two 16oz smoothies, I got to the store and had to spend my lunch break waiting on my smoothies to be done! No one even acknowledged me until I said I was waiting on my order.

My “dash of tumeric” smoothie had so much tumeric in it I had to go home and add things to my smoothie to make it drinkable. I’m not sure if it’s the actual smoothie recipie or if it was made incorrectly but it was too much

For the most part service was great. Ordered a 32oz and 24oz smoothies. I received two 24 oz.

Disliked this my kids were disappointed in the taste and i found the smoothies gritty.
The employee who made my smoothie was very helpful. He called me to let me know they were out of a certain ingredient and if it was okay to use a substitute. When I arrive to pick-up my order it was ready within 30 seconds. Thanks! It was delicious.
