Great employees they know the value of customer service, they both deserve a raise. I visited the Tempe market place location at 630 on 12/11. Both employees were were extremely friendly and enjoyed their jobs. They made me want to visit again!!!

You didn’t add my ginger or lemon or apple. You added bananas on a no banana order and she is highly allergic. Whoever is taking the online orders needs to read them and do them correctly. Not happy with this go round :(

This is the second order that was completed incorrectly. Both times I asked to add mango, last time it was completely missed, this time they added pineapple and not mango. I love Nekter, but I don’t know that I love the Tempe location.

Ordered a bowl online and it wasn’t ready when I got there. I received a bowl quickly but it was a completely different bowl than what I ordered so I was pretty bummed out.

There were two Mackenzie's picking up orders so mine was given to someone else on accident. I understand it was a total accident but did have to wait a bit verses picking up to-go as I had to get back to work.
Additionally, the banana on top was inedible it was soo overly ripe.
