The customer service here is always outstanding and I look forward to returning whenever I can. The manager and employees are always friendly and the fruit bowls are delicious!

Ordered a juice via mobile app and felt that it took a bit longer than I would have expected for someone to acknowledge me once I got to the pick-up counter. Waited several minutes before anyone looked up and spoke to me. However, the juice was absolutely delicious! Will order again.

This place is delicious... I will go back for the bowls any day... However I am sick of the 30 minutes wait for a smoothie. A bowl can take a couple minutes longer, I get it... but even then. Walk-ins should take more of a priority than call in if that is what is causing the wait.
I see a place that is basically empty and I go in expecting to be out in 5 minutes... 20 minutes later I am just getting my bowl. I am not naming anyone because I don't think it's the workers... because it is every time. If I find somewhere that is just as good but faster I am switching it up.
That beat juice you have is the best though.

Multiple times now this location doesn’t make the 32oz w ice properly by having the “extra” poured into a smaller cup to account for the oz taken up by the ice. The flavor was amazing and well made but it’s frustrationg losing 4-6 oz bc of ice and not given it like it’s supposed to be. Have shared my frustration with DM and GM in past

Terrible service let me explain, i come in the workers are in the back which i mean it happens if its a slow night no biggie than i proceed to order my popeye Acai smoothie.. the tall guy starts making it he notices there is no more cashew milk left he goes to the faucet and pours water and combines it with the cashew water??? I asked hey man why did you do that? In the past they have never done that. He responds he put water to have mote cashew milk. I was upset to the fact that the water was not filtered!!!! I got my money back but if they do that in front of their customers i could only imagine whay they do in the back. Next is submitting a BBB complaint.

Great. Juice was great, store was clean/great and employees were great. One comment is I came in and went to the side where it says to pick up online orders. And the employees sort of avoided eye contact with me until the girl at the register said she could help me down there. No big deal, I just told her I was there to pick up. But it's like they didn't know they have a sign at the other end indicated where to go for online/pick up orders and almost acted like I was in the wrong place and silly for standing over there. I don't mind going to the register for pick ups but then don't have the sign/be weird about me standing there making it awkward to get attention. With this said they were all nice and that matters most, just an awkward moment.

I did a mobile order so I was not at the location more than a couple minutes, the storefront and guest area was clean and free of debris, my order was prompt and ready within a couple minutes of arrival. I interacted with a young man at the pick-up counter who was pleasant and attentive.
I really enjoy Nekter. I was recommended by my G.I. doctor to help with a colon issue I was dealing with but Nekter has become a daily addiction now. It is my breakfast and energy in the morning in place of coffee and gluten/dairy filled foods. In turn I have lost weight, improved my skin, and rarely experience the stomach pains that were once a chronic issue.

I pre ordered and my drink wasn’t ready on time. Also many workers standing around. I only got 1 of my turmeric but I was in a hurry and they were way behind. I prefer the on on Ray rd.
