I ordered my bowl on the app. When I arrived the crew didn’t know I had an order in because the ipad was broken and they were not receiving orders. The service was quick and I recieved a card for a free drink. The downside was not receiving the order as I had asked for because of flustered workers.

They were very very busy and I think the quality of the food suffered. My acai bowl was chunky and a different texture, as if they didn't take the time to completely blend it. It tasted fine, as always!

I love nekter and frequent several locations at least once a week. I try to always order my nekter ahead of time, through the app, so I don't have to wait. As the wait to order and prepare is outrageous, the only thing I hate about Nekter. This specific time and location I did pre-order and still waited over 10 minutes to get my bowl. I don't think I will be going back to this location, unless I am desperate. Please improve this location's poor service, poorly trained and very unfriendly employees, as I love nekter.

I ordered a smoothie and instead of making it fresh they just scooped premade mix into a cup and served it to me. It was good, but I expected it to be made fresh :/

The fruit on top of my Acai bowl was scarce. I had 3 slices of strawberry and 5 slices of bananas that were inedible because they were not ripe yet. The texture of the bowl was also off, kind of crunchy. I think it is from the unripe bananas. Very unfortunate.

This location is my least favorite. The staff is always backed up on orders and look very confused as to what the process should be. I really think management should re-evaluate how the staff prioritizes and delegates orders. I waited 20 mins for my order and about 5 people after me received their orders prior to mine. I am never impressed here. The Indian School and 44th street location is much better managed and organized

I redeemed a size increase, but my smoothie size did not increase. I purchased a 24 ounce and that was the size that was delivered. So I lost my size increase without actually using it.

I ordered through the app to have delivery. I wish I would have known it was through DoorDash. My order took over an hour and fourty five minutes ago. The delivery guy got lost to our place. Still waiting for our açaí bowls and juice.

The special one day drink price online orders were good except it has quite a few grits at bottom of drink comes from berries seeds which I didn't drink it all,,, I'll try other drinks without berries that has seeds in it.
