It took over 35 minutes to make my juice(s). Yes, I made the order online via your mobile app, but I was in the restaurant right in front of it. When I came in the juices were nowhere in sight. Waited and waited, finally went to cashier and they had my drinks in the fridge.

Visited twice, product was great. customer service was great. The store was very busy but the employees made a point to communicate that my order would be ready soon. Had a good experience both time I visited.

Grateful you are open late. Placed an order that was dinner for my daughter and me after moving her out of ASU for the summer. As usual, your location was busy, even after 9:00 pm. But the wait was worth it. Wish all locations were open later.

I love Nekter, but this is the SECOND time I’ve received a drink that had way too much of an ingredient from this particular store (Tempe Marketplace). The people are kind, but I don’t know if they’re trying to get rid of an excess or what. First time someone put in like a whole ginger in my Toxin Flush (even the drink was mostly clear and yellow), then the second time my boss’s Greenie tasted like V8, the amount of celery in it was absurd. I’ll still come in, but as someone who doesn’t have a lot of time for lunch break on workdays, I don’t have time to stop and taste the drink and then request for a change and sit and wait for a remake. FYI I order pick ups so I can get in and get out. Please, please, please take this feedback as positive constructive criticism. Thank you.

Didnt love the price, the color if the spoons made up for the price tho. Lol

The employee who made my smoothie was very helpful. He called me to let me know they were out of a certain ingredient and if it was okay to use a substitute. When I arrive to pick-up my order it was ready within 30 seconds. Thanks! It was delicious.
