Unfortunately I couldn’t call to cancel my order - the number provided says it was disconnected. We ended up having to take my daughter to the ER and couldn’t pick up our order, but I couldn’t figure out a way through my app or my email to inform them I needed to cancel the order.

Great selection! Friendly staff and quick service. Only thing is.. the drinks are a bit flavorless to us. It's just a personal preference I'm sure, we will stick with Jamba Juice, but this is a cute, healthy little spot.
I feel frustrated with the service because I put my order in at 11:15 and it wasn't done until 11:36. When I first walked in, the girl at the counter was chomping on gum and the store was severely understaffed for such a busy time of day. The young man finally made my drink, was very kind and apologetic for the delay. He upgraded my drink a size as well. I love nektar but this experience with short staff and a girl chewing gum aggressively has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The peanut butter acai bowl I ordered barely had any fruit like shown in the picture, it also didn't taste like there was any peanut butter in it. It looked like it was made in a rush.
I usually love my acai bowls and thought to try the superfood bowl and was highly disappointed. I was notified on the Nektar app where I ordered my bowl from that it wasn't going to be ready for 20 minutes, when I received the bowl the entire acai was frozen. It was so frozen that I dropped all the chia seed trying get a scoop.
