I'm annoyed that I was charged for an order that I never received because the app isn't communicating with the store. The store told me that the district manager is aware of this none issue. Huge inconvenience being charged for an order that I never received!!!

It was great! I ordered online right after the gym and as I walked in my drink was almost ready! They were out of cocao so they offered superfood mix instead. I liked the change and I would have never tried it if they did not offer the switch.

I didn’t have my reading glasses with me nor my wallet only my Apple Pay. & Bianca & her sweet spirit helped me add my payment to the app so I could place & pay for my order simultaneously. Talk about going beyond wonderful customer service.
Of course the juices & smoothies are extremely fresh made & worth the price point. I like how they asked if you want ice or not.

My item was done faster than the time allotted and the employee was cheerful and friendly. It also tasted great! Thanks.
Only comment would be to allow for substitutions of items. Like if I don’t want granola, I should be able to sub for cacao nibs. And if I don’t want apple, I should be able to sub strawberries or bananas. The $1 for every change adds up quick and doesn’t make sense. You save money by not giving me the granola or apple.
