Hello! Customer Sevice is always great. Placed an order using the App, arrived at the pickup time, Customer Service Rep was unable to locate/see my order on her side. She confirmed my order on my phone app and quickly completed my order.

I didn't get the gentlemens/kids name but I called to ask a couple of questions and was told I couldn't be helped because he was busy. I get it there are other paying customers but I am a paying customer too.. He needs training, next time I will be sure to get his hands. I called around noon on 4/13.

Everything was great! The drinks tasted phenomenal and the worker at the front was pleasant. The restroom was clean, but just so you know, the soap dispenser squirted in the wrong direction and the paper towel handle was a little broken. It didn't influence my favorable opinion of the place because everything still worked!
