When I placed the order on the app it said it would be delivered by 8:54 and at 9:15 it had still not arrived. I called the store and after letting the phone ring 16 times they answered and said the order left and that’s all they know, I asked who to call if I don’t get it and they said your 1-800 number. I couldn’t track the order because it was not an option in your app so it was a very frustrating experience. My order finally arrived at 9:20am

Good experience. I’d go more often but it’s getting too expensive. I like the products and service is good most of the time. Sometimes it’s hard to make eye contact with the employees. They should acknowledge every customer when they walk in even if it’s to say “we’ll be with you in a minute”. I always order ahead so I’m looking to get in and out quickly. I have been a loyal customer at Nekter for years. Today I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Mitchell. He was so kind and patient. He asked everyone in line how their day was. The location is clean , bright, comfortable and the staff is second to NONE!!!! Love my green apple detox! :) love and light!!!

Awesome, I love everything about Nekter. My only complaint is the price although that is a personal bias as I do not know what is truly the cost involved and thus the profit margin on the product. I do know that I can only afford to purchase here once in a while where if it were in a different price point I would come almost every week instead of once every other month.

Order was over 10 min late from estimated time and it was hard to get attention of staff to pick up my order. I did arrive about 5 min prior to the time my order was estimated to be ready, but it took about 10 minutes standing at the order pickup spot for anyone to greet me and ask the name on the order
