It was busy when we came in with an online order to pickup ahead of time. There were four employees making orders and one on the register/running into the back. Which is fine but the issue I had was that no one was greeting or looking up to check in with any of the customers waiting at the counter, which were a few people waiting. At least the cashier should’ve checked in but appeared rather unenthused with working. All in all ordering ahead of time online seems to not make a difference in wait time or “skipping the line” as advertised.
