staff was really friendly. I had an order online to pick up it didn’t give me an option to substitute an item on top so I’ve asked if they can do that and it wasn’t a problem. Great customer service.

Poor experience. Changed ingredients and told me at pick up without offering to make something different. If you run out of something that’s fine, but allow your customers to choose if they want the product made without or something else

Today my smoothie was great, sometimes my smoothies are very bland from here but I substituted orange juice instead of cashew milk today and I think that made a really big impact on the taste. I probably like my smoothies sweeter than some people. I ordered ahead and my smoothie was ready when I arrived and they had it chilling in the refrigerator waiting for me. Thank you!
