I would recommend having a publicly accessible cooler for online orders that are complete. So we (that order online) can grab and go.

I have previously visited this store and decided to order online this time. I placed my order via my phone from the parking lot and was given a 20 minute estimated time for my order to be completed. About the 15 minute part of prep time, I entered the store and told the employee who greeted me the name for my order and asked to use the restroom. She was very pleasant and accommodating. When I returned to the counter, my order was ready. As usual, it was very fresh, cold, and delicious. Will definitely return to this store, as well as other Nekter stores!

Andrew and the whole staff are very friendly. I mobile order almost every morning and Andrew always greets me when I walk in and grabs my order without me needing to say anything.
