I ordered ahead thinking that would be the most convenient and efficient way to order. I got there a little early and the girls told me they were working on it. I sat and I waited and waited and heard other peoples’ names being called for their orders then after 25mins I went up and asked where my order was. They looked around then the guy went back to the fridge to grab it. She knew my name when I first walked in so I don’t know why they didn’t call my name and just shoved it in the fridge after making it. My dragon fruit bowl was all runny since it was just sitting in the fridge for 20mins. I had a meeting to go to and it was a total waste of time. I wasn’t pleased and they knew they screwed up but didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience.

I normally have a good experience; however, today I stood at the pickup area and was not asked what order I was there for after waiting several minutes, and after several others were helped right next to me. I had to ask for my order. Additionally I paid a dollar extra for cacao nibs which I did not receive in my drink.
