Wasn’t greeted when I came in, employee just kept making juices. Another employee came out from the back and I told him I was picking up. Then first employee called my name and didn’t say another word to me after I thanked him. All of this 15 min late for my scheduled pickup time.

The person working was kind but couldn’t answer any questions. I tried to cancel my online order and reorder and it ended up just being easier to leave it be. I didn’t like the auto tip on the app either. Thx for receiving this feedback.
