The acai bowl was really good- like really good. I had never had one before and loved it! I would buy more often but the pricing for $13 with tax is a little steep for the budget to have something daily. For sure a treat breakfast and will be back soon.

Nobody greeted me upon entry and as I sat waiting for my order that I’d placed online (I was the only customer at this point), the person making the order took it back to the fridge without asking me if I was waiting for anything. I didn’t realize I needed to let them know. I would have sat there with no communication if I had not eventually gone to the counter. Also, my smoothie didn’t taste like it usually did. It was almost flavorless like it was missing the peanut butter and banana

I love your product. However, I’ve gone to multiple locations and every time the 1-2 people working there never turn their back and know if a customer is waiting. If you go to pickup, they don’t acknowledge you for minutes which essentially defeats the purpose of ordering online. I always have to go to the line and let them know I ordered online. They aren’t rude, but not friendly. It’s very noticeable compared to other businesses.
