The last three smoothies I’ve purchased have all had agave in them even though I said no agave in my order. It’s a bummer because I never taste it while I’m in the store, so I can’t take it back.

My experience yesterday was horrible. I placed an online order it was not ready when I arrived. The staff did not complete my order until they completed all orders for people that walked In and even for a person that arrived after I did. I always include a tip even though I order online & have to park my car then walk a bit to go inside and pickup my order. The wait made me late for work. There was no apology.
