Delicious bowl and smoothie and friendly staff.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, good or bad, but this is the 3rd time I have been to this location and every single time there is no staff in the front and it takes several minutes for an employee to come to the front or even realize a customer is there. This last visit I ordered my açaí bowl and 20 minutes later when I arrived my order had not even been made and the receipt was still sitting on the printer. Won’t be back to this location.

I get Nekter from here often the peanut butter bowls and I am aware of how they make them and taste but this time it taste like water, I do add ons get charged for them and they don’t add it….whey protein I added and nothing. It also looks like a split bowl not a regular bowl. It’s not fair I am wide aware of how they fill them as well.

The Acai bowl was watery which made it have no taste and it was filled less than normal.

I ordered 4 bowls to go and realized today that 2 were the wrong bowl. They were already in a bag so I didn’t notice. First time I have had an issue

For whatever reason, my smoothies on Saturdays are of poor quality. I can taste ingredients from different smoothies. I shouldn’t taste vanilla in my açaí smoothie. This has been multiple visits on the weekend. It has been a good experience during the week.

Ordering from the app was easy and my order was ready on time as promised! Love nekter bowls!!

I ordered two bowls, one was not correct. It’s no big deal but frustrating.

The order was perfect. Both bowls were spilt and the best we’ve had yet. And the toxin flush was superb!! Excellent service!

An hour before closing and all the chairs were put up for the bar, the music was loud rap that I couldn’t even hear the gentleman asking if I wanted a bag. I love the Scottsdale Rd location….the bowl itself was fine, but I’m not sure if loud rap music is the vibe y’all are going for.

Always a good experience. I honestly would say though that out of having my same bowl at other locations, yours was too runny for some reason and a lesser amount than other locations and thought you should know.

I spent 14 dollars on 2 items and the first was a bowl that was about a 1/3 full then had very little fruit stacked on it. Not worth my 9.99 for that item. Then I had a shot juice that looked like it had the same it barely covered the bottom. These items didn’t represent 14.00 worth. I know money is tight all the way around however don’t raise prices then give less product!

Great customer service as always. We ordered the pb&j bowl and the berry banana açaí bowl. Both seemed too runny. Probably too much cashew milk added. The pb&j bowl didn’t have enough fruit, peanut butter or granola. The berry bowl was a little better with the amount of fruit. We should have gone back in to ask for a little more toppings. For that price there should be enough toppings to last until the bottom. Will absolutely come back. This was just a one off, since I usually get yummy bowls from your location. More fruit and granola is always better without having to pay for extra!!!

I placed an order online which was super easy. I have ordered before and just re-ordered. Pick up was easy as well. I don’t know what was wrong with my order (Açaí Banana Bowl) but the blended part was very runny and missing any flavor. It definitely did not taste like açaí. I have never had that happen before. I had an appointment to get to, otherwise, I would have gone back to the store.
