Experience was great. Berry Bowl doesn’t have as much fruit as it used to.

Bowl seemed not as filled with fruit at the top as usual (typically there is not a lot of “space” at the top of the bowl).

I enjoyed my acai bowl today. staff was fine. app order worked properly. all good

The experience at Nekter is always good. I do hate the request to tip when ordering on line. I find it offensive to request a tip to be handed a product. Pay your employees more or raise your prices but asking for a tip for this type of product is ridiculous. for this visit I ordered online and picked the order up exactly when it suggested it would be ready. The mango bowl was particularly runny suggesting it was not kept as cold as it should have been or it was made well before the stated ready time.

Always love your açaí bowls, but the bananas this time were way overripe/brown and the employee who gave me my order was grouchy--just shoved the bag at me not even a smile. I told her to have a nice day and she walked away without responding.

I frequently order the Acia banana berry bowl, which is delicious. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s fairly soft. Yesterday that was the case. I prefer the bottom part to be more spoonable than drinkable.

This location must water down the bowls. My wife and I have been fans of Nekter for years and have gone to this location for about two years. Over the past year this location has been consistently off. The only way to describe it is that the Açaí Bowls taste watered down. Compare with any other in the North Valley and you will taste the difference. Way too much $ to be doing that.

we ordered for takeout, and when my husband got home with our two açai bowls, they tasted like water. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered so now I am in my car driving back to the store to have the bowls remade. In all it will take us, an hour out of our day driving back-and-forth twice to have the balls made the correct way. It’s frustrating that our order wasn’t as we had requested and nobody is answering the phone.

Overall a good, timely experience. The only downfall was there was no açaí one of the açaí bowls

This bowl is not right. Bery watery and possibly no acai?

This place is always just what I need. I’ve never had a bad experience and I always feel amazing after one of my açaí bowls.

Not great, I ordered an açaí bowl and a toxin flush, my husband picked up the order, thinking I just ordered the bowl, as there was no drink with it. I’ve tried calling numerous times to tell them I did not receive the drink I was charged for! No one ever answers the phone!

Once again my smoothie bowl was inconsistent. It tasted completely different today like something was omitted. This happens all the time. I never get the same bowl twice (ordering the exact same thing each time).

My first time in. I'm still learning the menu items and not sure but my Almond Butter bowl did not have almond butter. I'm not sure if it's just blended in but in the past the almond butter has always been on top of our acai bowls. Hope to be back soon to try something new.

It was great. My acai bowl was ready when expected and order was correct, overall very happy with my Nektar experience!
