Every time I order from the Hayden location in AZ my drink order is incorrect and the waffles are extremely sloppy with the toppings. It would be nice if this location could make smoothies that are actually ordered, especially with the upcharge for protein. This is the only location I have ever had issues with and it seems to be the same employee making the smoothies.

I pre ordered my smoothie for pick up. It was not ready when I arrived. The order wasnt even looked at until I got there. What is the point of ordering ahead if it wont be looked at?

Excellent customer service and products! But do not like the app, difficult to use especially when you tie promo ex. $10 smoothie/protein poppers that must be ordered through the app. It took multiple tries and even your staff were challenged with getting the app to work. When you email a promo can you please add a code to present to staff? The app has many issues and is not user friendly..thanks

Wonderful staff and great options for smoothies, juices, bowls, waffles, etc. staff has been lovely at the Hayden location also. I would recommend on the app to create a text field box for orders in case the customer wants to add any specific notes please. Thank you!
