Smoothies and juices are good, but the one thing that really bothers me is an automatic tip that I have to remove manually when ordering through the app. Removing that and making it optional would be more ideal considering your products already cost a decent amount.

0/10. The smoothie is fine but when I walked in there was no one to greet me, no one standing at the front. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone walked out front to give me my Togo order.

The server was not warm, did not make eye contact nor smile. Shared concern smoothie was overly thick and received no response, she just walked away.
Had to add liquid at home in order to enjoy.

There were 2 employees there when I picked up at the Hayden location today around 1:15pm. The gal had made my almond smoothie fast and had already set it in the 'cooler' until I got there, which I always appreciate (vs having it sit out). It's a nice touch. The guy was super sweet and had a genuinely kind air about him - clearly a great hire by you guys...not unlike most of the staff at this location. Please keep that up - it makes a difference as there is so much 'angry' out there today. Thank you!

I usually order from the app; when I went to pick up, I was happily surprised that my smoothie had been set in a cooler (presumably just after being made since I arrived shortly after placing the order). Usually feel well taken care of by that Nektar location :-)

I ordered online and my smoothie was ready when I arrived and the young man who behind the counter greeted me when I walked in and asked if I had a pick up and I said yes and he went and grabbed my smoothie and said “have a nice day”!
