Just like at the other Nekter, I ordered a green juice, I sat and waited almost an hour! The kid was working hard. I give them that, but when I asked about making sure my drink wasn’t mixed with beet, he said “ok, next time just let us know sooner” Then I let him know I was still waiting for my drink. He said “ oh ok, I’m sorry, I forgot your drink”. I got my drink and it was a green smoothie. What is up with the Nekter juices here?? The ONLY one I have been to that has made my drink perfect, is the location in Flower Mound.

I was charged for the chia pudding on my smoothie bowl and it’s missing. I’m not happy about this. Please credit it back to my account

My protein bowl was delicious! My family and I had gone over the previous weekend and had a great experience. My children loved their smoothies and the staff were very helpful! The facility was very clean including the bathrooms; however, there were a couple of dead crickets under the bench - my 2 year old scoped them out. irregardless, we will be back and I will recommend!!!

Tried smoothie and a juice. It was fresh and refreshing. Nice and clean place. Healthy snack options available as well.

I always love purchasing drinks and smoothies from this store. The vegies they use are better quality then the other stores!

Firstly, your smoothies are great. My main issue is that your employees need ear protection. Secondly, I am fairly certain that although I ordered kale and spinach, it didn't make it in there. Not a huge deal, I'll keep coming back, and it's easy to miss.

Stopped in for a smoothie with no clue what to order. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. I wanted something healthy. He suggested the Tropical Cooler which I was able to customize. It was delicious! As were the Protein Poppers. Will go back asap!

I ordered a smoothie online and I came in a bit early and it was already ready, the girl gave me my smoothie but didn’t give me a straw

I've been coming here for years and in the last several months product quality has declined horribly... When I order smoothie bowls they are not thick anymore they are liquefied... The one I got today wasn't even full, stopped at the "word made" on the bowl. My order has been incorrect a few times because the morning girls don't listen.. Five of my co-workers stopped coming a long time ago and now I'm going to have to join them.
