It was my first visit to this location in West Plano. The smoothie I ordered was good. Was it worth nearly 14 dollars good? No. I would say it would be reasonable at a 9-10 dollar range. My main issue was the terrible service. I was the only customer in the store. I waited 3-5 min for one of the staff present to greet me. I observed 4 employees in the back cleaning. At one point one even glanced over at me and continued with her cleaning or whatever she was doing at the sink. Finally a guy sauntered over in no hurry. He literally didn't say a word. At least I heard nothing come out of his mouth. I let him know I placed an order on their app. The smoothie was ready when I got there. So had I been greeted quickly and given my smoothie this would be a 5 star review. The employees need training in basic customer service.

This place is such a hit or miss. Today the smoothie was watery and tasteless. The staff was also really rude / dry not just to me but to other customers. Just not a good experience
I have been trying the places that have Açaí Bowls to see which ones I like best. #1 is Tropical Smoothie Cafe because their açaí is frozen. #2 is Nékter because it is bigger and the açaí not as thawed out & therefore runny & #3 is Jamba because their açaí is too melted & therefore very runny.I will not be going back to Jamba. I will be returning to both my #1 & #2 choices, alternating between the two.
