The only significant input I can add is that it would be terrific if a sample of new/seasonal items would be available before buying it. At the current price point, I don't want to squander my money (or my calories) on something I might really hate, so I keep on ordering the "sure thing" that I know. Best example is the current Pumpkin options. Would I love it or hate it? Likely won't ever know and I have no incentive to try pumpkin mousse or a chia option at my risk. From a customer's point of view, it seems if you really want to sell all products, non purchase opportunities would be available. Just sayn

I've visited your location a few times this week, and I saw the same employees. They were so friendly and was nice to feel acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Also, very quick service!
Today there was a different employee, she didn't seem like she wanted to engage very much, but to be fair this time I was just picking up an online order. I think it's very important for people to greet you and say thank you after spending your money there. Didn't really receive that this time. Not the biggest deal, but I think this will be my new Nekter location to go to anyways!

That being said, I believe the prices are a little high. I would love to eat here more often, but it’s costly for a regular lunch visit.
