I’ve been ordering the peanut butter bowl for years. It usually comes with green apple , banana, and strawberries on the top. However today it had pineapple instead of green apple. It also had something that looked like coconut flakes which I was not expecting. It made me question what was in the base of the smoothie bowl itself. It seemed extra sweet today too. It made me wonder if I received somebody else’s bowl. I didn’t even finish eating it, I took a few bites and put it in the fridge. Which never happens! Also ordering a peanut butter bowl from the app and in store is different. The app automatically says that it comes with a substitute for açaí which is pitaya. So in order have acai in my bowl I would have to pay a dollar extra. Yet in store the description of peanut butter bowl says it comes with acai. I called the store to inquire about this concern but they didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. After today’s experience I will definitely stay clear on the weekends (Saturday especially). As I was not happy with my bowl. It seems unclear about how this peanut butter bowl is actually prepared.

Love the smoothies/bowls! My main suggestion is to have a faster way for people to pick up their orders from the app. The line gets so congested and it negates the fact that you’ve ordered ahead when you have to wait in line to get it. Besides that, love this location and the smoothies/bowls!

I feel like you have major shrinkflation. Whenever I have bought a bowl it is full to the top. This time it was only half full and definately not a value.

I went here with a friend and I was happy to have a acai bowl!!! Everything tasted so fresh and sweet. I will come here again :)

My açaí bowl was not frozen when I got it. It also seemed like the bowl wasn't what I ordered and was assembled improperly. I also got nut butter on top and they forgot that so I had to go back in and have them put it on top.

I typically have a great experience. I ordered my usually, the PBJ bowl. When I received it, there wasn’t any chia pudding. They were prompt to fix the mistake and eager to apologize as well.

I ordered the immunity bowl. You were out of vanilla chia. Those bowls are too expensive to leave ingredients out.

I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. The tea and the açaí bowl were delicious. The workers are friendly.

They definitely do not give you hardly any fruit on the bowl. I stopped by here due to time constraints and I’m not impressed! Typically I go to Vitality Bowl down the street where you receive what you pay for. Also, I requested to sub Açai for pitaya, that was not done. I Will not return and will continue to be loyal to vitality bowl especially because they have organic products. First picture is what I got a Nektar. Second and third is what I receive when I patron vitality bowl.
