We usually purchase 3-4 bowls a week. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. They are very organized and the orders are correct every time! We have gone to other Nekters and they are not very friendly and seem very disorganized.

It was great but there was a small amount of pumpkin in my bowl. Thanks.

A girl was in the back on her phone texting- when she came up after I had to get her attention she did not wash her hands and proceeded to get my bowl together. Not sanitary.

I recently discovered this shop and absolutely love to come in for a healthy treat that is abundant in beautiful ingredients. The PB&J bowl is my favorite so far.

It’s becoming a habit that bowls are half full despite repeated price increases. I’ll send you a photo if you want.

I’ve been coming to this location a few times and I always order ahead online with the only purpose to get my order ready after finishing my workout. I can say every time I get here there’s no one at the front, everyone seems to be on the back - I counted 5 people today that I could see on the back. I understand they might get some volume but it doesn’t explain the fact that there’s no one at the counter greeting some who comes in or taking your order. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to give me my already ready order and only because I asked someone who came quickly to give other’s order because they didn’t even look at me. I love the smoothies and bowls but customer service is also important and it really needs to improve.
