The bowls are delicious and the service is usually accurate and fast. My biggest complaint is the pricing. I feel like every time I order prices increase. Y’all recently “revamped” some of the bowls and I honestly think it’s just a marketing gimmick to upcharge the customer. Fortunately I still have some gift card balance from the holidays left, but once that runs out, I probably won’t be back.

It seems that food handlers in Plano don't understand how gloves work! The person at the front was very approachable and sweet. And my bowls have always been decent here, however..... the girl making the bowls had on gloves, as she should; but while waiting for the people in front of me to complete their order, she played on her phone, played in her hair, scratched her knee, etc... and then started making their order, all without putting on a new pair of gloves! Gloves defeat the purpose if you touch everything in sight with them on!

This is one of my favorite locations. The manager and employees are so friendly. Ordered a double scoop of the mariocart ice cream and it didn't look nearly as big as the picture shown which was surprising for $10. I ordered it for my kids who are obsessed with mariokart. Didn't get mariokart cups either. When we went to share it, found not a single piece of cookie dough in the ice cream. Showed the staff and they offered to get 1 more scoop with cookie dough...even though I had purchased 2 scoops. It was delicious, just a bit disappointing. We had smal6 pieces of cookie dough. Didn't look like what was advertised in picture. But I still love nektar, its our go to. So happy the PBJ bowl is back...our absolute favorite. It should Stat year round!

I wasn't too happy just because I thought my order said no bananas. The granola was too plain. I just think I tailored my expectations off the place I normally get my bowls from.

It was my first time there and I felt that the service was excellent and the smoothie bowl was delicious. I will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything is great, staff is always friendly and food is good. One question, when does the $8 fruit bowls after 2p end on Tuesdays? I placed an order around 4:30 and the coupon was not available. Thank you

Some of the other nektar locations can do a catering order where they bring a big bowl of the base along with the toppings of granola, fruit and agave. I was told this location cannot do this. Is this correct?

The bowl I received today was 5/10 normally this is the best Nekter I visit. It was half full for the price I pay this is subpar. I suspect this was a new person.

I love the store and am always a fan, however today I tried to use the app on my phone to take advantage of the $8 Tuesday Bowl special and it charged me full price, so not at all happy about that. And since I don't know why, I don't know how to prevent it from happening again and the clerk at the store didn't have an answer either, so I guess no more Tuesday bowls. : (

My experience was great! I don't live in that area but had a doctor appointment. So I just went on the app and ordered at the closest location. The employees were very nice and my order was ready when I got there and it was delicious and definitely the correct portion for a bowl!
