I usually love my experience and product. Today was a miss. I ordered a new to me bowl, added chia pudding and I do not know why, but when my husband came home with my order, it was basically soup. An inch of liquid was at the top and it was NOT the color it was supposed to be.
My mother in law also ordered a bowl and it was the correct consistency and color- so it was not a time or temp thing.
It was uneditable.

The bowls are delicious and the service is usually accurate and fast. My biggest complaint is the pricing. I feel like every time I order prices increase. Y’all recently “revamped” some of the bowls and I honestly think it’s just a marketing gimmick to upcharge the customer. Fortunately I still have some gift card balance from the holidays left, but once that runs out, I probably won’t be back.
