I always have an excellent experience whenever I come into the Novato Nekter store. Lacey and the team are great! They always provide great service and are very friendly. I highly recommend this location!

We ordered ahead of time, as my son has autism and it’s hard for him to spend time in noisy places. When I arrived and went to the pick-up counter, We waited about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us or asked if we’d been helped. Our order was not ready and we had to wait 5-10 minutes longer. An employee (maybe manager) was kind to us while we waited, but the music was extremely loud, which combined with the blenders made for an uncomfortable experience with my three young children (especially my child with autism). Please turn the music down!
