As I was waiting for my order, a teenage girl (who I assume to be an employee off the clock or related to the owner) walked up to the counter and asked about her order. After a minute of waiting she went behind the counter and grabbed some gloves to help out. While I thought it was great she was helping out to get her order out of the way, I was appalled that the girl didn’t bother washing her hands before reaching for the gloves. I drop by my family’s food joint from time to time to help out and know that they teach out to wash your hands before using gloves to handle food in food handler training. And there were definitely two free hand washing stations with signs to wash your hands right next to the box of gloves that she could have used. Someone definitely needs retraining.

The Pink Flamingo was delicious, though the price was on the high side for the size. Also, while the app is quick and easy to use, I have never been able to pay with a gift card via the app which is very frustrating and often prevents me from ordering from Nekter.

The last two times I’ve ordered items with Chia pudding, but noticed there is none in the bowl. This is frustrating bc I paid extra for this item but did not receive it. The workers were polite and served quickly.
