I love Nekter and we order ahead a lot. I’d say the quality is always consistent and it’s ready for pick up. The friendliness of the staff varies, sometimes they don’t even say hi or let you know where they are with order. But overall great experience

I had a strange experience. I ordered som waters and they gave me shots instead. When I asked about it they told me I ordered shots. Ok, so maybe I got it wrong. I left with my order and checked my receipt. I ordered waters. I called because I wanted the waters. They told me I ordered shots. I told them I checked my receipt and ordered waters. They checked, came back on the phone and said they didn’t have waters in stock so gave me shots instead.
What????
