I provided my phone number for a reason.. I didn’t receive two things in my bowl that make or break the bowl. There was no protein - I ordered a protein bowl for a reason. If you’re out of whey, why don’t you call me to confirm if I’d like anything else? There was no gluten free granola - again, please call me to get an alternative option?

You have apparently upgrade the staff at this location! A previous visit I mistakenly ordered from another store altogether. No problem the Novato team came through and made my drinks anyway.
