I usually order on the app as I'm on my way to do my shenanigans out of town. I'm usually in and out in 2 minutes, but every time the staff is very friendly and courteous. Best bet when I come through Novato, I stop by here.

I know you are short-staffed and in dire need of help. The idea behind the store is awesome. I am glad you are open again. I am hoping you get some good workers soon who can help out your understaffed store. I get a smoothie daily and they vary every day from a smoothie (which is delish) to a watery cup of stuff. Or I order a large and get a small. This has happened several times. But I am loyal and keep coming back for the surprise.

This place is dirty and run down. Plenty of other juice bars that are clean and stylish out there.
Plastic pieces in food!! The service at this location is bad! My order of two acaii bowls took 45 mins (!!) to arrive! This was not a busy time, there were hardly any customers waiting... But wait this gets worse, the acaii bowl had plastic pieces in it (pics). I went back and relayed this to the staff. Never coming back here...

Since re opening, the service has gone way down. It takes time and love to make the tasty bowls and smoothies your team makes, I get that, and I am always patient when I come in and there is a line. Because of this, I registered on the app, and started ordering online for pick up. The past three times I've come in to pick up my orders went as follows: There was nobody behind the bar at all, I waited for about 2 minutes and still nobody, so I had to holler around the back "hello?" to get someone to come out. This happened AGAIN not 2 weeks later for another order. This last time, I placed an order for pick up and arrived about 1 minute shy of pick up time 0729am, there were two staff members behind the bar. I was the only one in line, and advised they would be with me shortly. One of the staff finished slicing fruit and went to the back. The other was wiping down the counter while making a smoothie for a patron. I waited, at 0738 I was tended to and told them I simply had a pick up order. Was handed my order and left visibly annoyed, only to hear on my way out the door "Patience is a virtue" from the solo staff member now behind the bar. Sadly, I will never return there.

I have been to nekter before and ordered this same drink. This time it had separated after 5 minutes and looked like a 3 layer cake! I gave it a try after stirring it up but the drink itself didn't taste at all like the previous ones. Besides that, there were so many employees swirling about and it seemed like organized chaos. I would be very reluctant to return even though I was thrilled that you had opened back up!
