Love the juice — feels like I’m taking good care of myself.

It seems as though they need one more person in the front making orders. Most times I have been in there are only 2 people making the orders and that includes working the register - so when busy, 1 person on the register and 1 on the blenders. also consistency - for example ordering a medium Juice, add ice. Typically that MEDUIM juice is put in a Large cup and topped off with ice. However, depending on who is making it, it will put in the Medium cup with very little ice. basically...I love your shop and recommend to all. I would like to see consistency in prep/presentation and better staffing.

I ordered on line but the order was never received at the store. I showed the woman behind the counter my order confirmation and she quickly made my juice. Great job by the human, not so much by technology. Thank you.

I spend a lot of money ordering juices and I love them. I do wish I could redeem my points with online orders. I've also been in more than once to redeem only to find out after I clicked on the coupon what I wanted wasn't possible so I just lost the points. this just happened, I wanted a free turmeric shot and after I clicked on the redemption I was told "oh sorry we don't have juices today" The other time was when I ordered bottles online and the store didn't have any in stock but I had already paid. I got my money back but it was a pain for all of us.

i understand that this place gets busy and i also understand that working under pressure gets hard. i placed an order for a juice and nearly an hour later, my order was still not complete. the workers here seemed careless about speed of service. i asked if i can just switch my order to a already cold press juice and that was no problem. i have always come here and haven’t had any time issues until today. i will continue to come here because i truly enjoyed nekter’s entire menu. just have better leadership and communication with customers

while smoothies are yummy, we did not initially receive the juice we ordered and our medium smoothie was make without all the extra things i added/paid for. i would appreciate a credit to try again.

From out of town and surprised to find one in this area. I got an açaí mango bowl with cashew milk, whey protein, and no agave nectar. Absolutely the best and this is my goto bowl. What thing I really like about Nekter Juice bar is that they are all over the country and it helps when you travel. The workers were busy but super friendly and nice. The inside was not dirty like some other review said. Yes they have some old furniture but it really isn’t a big deal.

The juice was done 5 minutes early, which made me very happy. The staff was also friendly and helpful since I ordered online.

A little frustrating that one of the green juices wasn’t available. This was a pre order that should be stocked ahead of time. Disappointed to not get exactly what was ordered and paid for.

We really enjoyed our juice cleanse, but our entire order was lost--we do appreciate that the team was able to assemble the order to make it right.

I've had so many things on their menu and honestly they're all delicious. I learned about Nekter when I lived in San Clemente and now that I've moved to SF I stop at this place every time I drive through to see my parents in Sonoma County. The Napa location is great too. I use the mobile app when to order when I'm about 10 minutes away and my order is always ready when I stop in. Ordering through the mobile app gets you lots of free perks. Made to order juices, smoothies, and bowls are always so fresh and feel nourishing.

I go just about every day. My juice is always ready on time when I call in a phone order. The staff is so friendly. They are really hard workers as it does get very busy but they seem to handle it very well

I ordered online at 2:00 for 3:30 pick up. Arrived on time and girl pulled out my order of 4 items with one juice missing. I waited another 15 minutes for her to make the juice drink. No apologies! Why bother ordering online?
