I ordered online a smoothie but got a juice instead, they were too busy to ask them to remake it.

Great juices and smoothies. Super fresh and made to order.

Nekter juice is by far the best out there and your staff is always great. I would like to bring one thing to your attention after all this time and that is many of your staff have long hair which almost touches your blenders and juice cups and fruit / veggies during prep. Also, even though the staff wear gloves, they smooth their hair back with gloves on to get their hair off their face and then go back to making the juice. I would suggest hair must be tightly tied back &/or (and I know this is so old fashioned but what else is there) hair nets or caps? Thank you so much. I like that this place does blended smoothies, bowls, and juices. I came in not knowing what I wanted, saw a pumpkin bowl (tis the season, amirite?) and asked if they had "something pumpkin blended." (yep, I was feeling unabashedly basic that day) And got the pumpkin pie smoothie (dairy free/gluten free), plus the Turmeric Sunrise– blended pineapple, mango, coconut butter, coconut water, lime, and turmeric. Both were absolutely delicious, exactly what I wanted. I recommend you give this place a try!

I really enjoy my juices and smoothies but I always have to wait a long time. Today I preordered my smoothie since I was on my way to work and didn’t have a lot of time and when I got there it wasn’t ready and took awhile to make. The young lady that helped me was very nice and apologized for the wait. I love to go there before work in the mornings but I may not be able to if it is going to take long time.

Every time I come in to purchase juices or bowls from the Novato location, the people serving us are really sweet and helpful.

The Juice was good and the service was lovelly.

The smoothie in the 2 bowls we ordered was more juice consistency than smoothie thickness. We went back and got new ones, but the remake wasn’t much better.

Didn’t make my acia bowl right and were to busy to fix it. I also ordered juices from the grab n go and had to get them my self as well as not having the right juice I ordered

Their credit card was down, they could not take orders unless you had the exact cash or you ordered online. It was kind of disappointing, but the lady told me to download the app and to place my order. It took a little bit of time but at the end I got my juice.

Yummy detox juice but pricey!

The fact the juice is fresh not like jamba juice it's really the only place to go. Just the novato location always seems to have new employees and they just don't know what to do caue they are new and inexperienced. This can be a bummer when you just want to get your drink and go. Although no one has never not been nice or polygenic.
