Tell your owner of the buildings to clear out some trees coming from the Safeway side. Your beautiful logo is completely hidden and anyone coming from that direction wouldn't even know you existed if they weren't form here. Given that there's hotels near by, that is a lot of business lost. Especially with a competitor like petes and jamba juice close by.

Hi, I wanted to file a complaint about my past few juices. My couple most recent purchases have had ginger, but the amount/potency of the ginger has been very extreme. I've personally been juicing for over 15 years, so I'm no stranger to having more potent drinks, but the amount of ginger added to my recent purchases (and I've had ginger in your juices before) have made them almost painful to consume and makes the drinks much less palatable. What is the point of ordering a grab and go juice via the app if it is not pulled from the shelves? You need a better way to guarantee that the product will be there when the customer arrives. I had to get 4 different juices than what was ordered. It's a stupid process and makes no sense.

Hello - I love your juice bar but when I reloaded my Nekter app I lost the 3 credit drinks I had? I have since bout (3) more. Can you tell me how I get the credits I had before my phone broke? Thanks, Michele manso

I have never gone to your juice bar. Somebody gave you a "fake" email address when registering their account and that account happens to be mine. I am not Laura, my name is Herrick. I am giving you a 10 in the hopes that A) You can remove my email from Laura's account and B) you offer me a free juice so that I can one day stop at your store and later be able to legitimately give you a score of 10.

Your staff is always great. They could use some updated juicers. They are constantly breaking down

I love Nékter! Always friendly staff and yummy juice. My last experience was bad. I ordered ahead on my phone because I was in a hurry. When I got there, it was packed! I went to the pickup line where there is a sign saying something like "let us know if you placed a mobile order". I got the attention of one of the girls and said "I placed a mobile order". She said "a what?" I said "I ordered ahead of time on the App." She asked for my name and said "I'll go check". She went into the back and came back out without saying anything to me. I waited for 15 minutes(!!!) until the entire place was empty and then asked another girl "has anyone made a....(my drink)". She went to the fridge and pulled it out. I looked at her like "seriously???" And she said, "What, have you been waiting long? You are supposed go to the cashier and let her know you placed an App order." All of this left me confused and upset. I order ahead of time to avoid the line and she's saying I have to come in a wait in line with everyone so I can tell the cashier that order ahead of time?? And the sign is sitting at the pickup counter, not by the cashier. It was a bad experience.

I love your store and all the juices/bowls you have. I am very happy that I got the app. on my phone.

Our family gets something from Nekter daily. We're very happy with the juices that we get. Sometimes it's the only green thing my daughter will eat. Here are my requests: please try to get completely organic product. Bring back the Chocolate Mood for the summer and offer wheat grass shots again. Thank you for doing your part in keeping us healthy in our fast paced world!

Amazing, knowledgeable staff with quality juices. You just can't go wrong.

So incredibly frustrating to over and over again not have my online order ready. Was given a 1:01 pick up time and they never started it. Was told they never received the ticket. I really want to love this place but another unfortunate problem is the inconsistency with the juices. Almost every time it tastes different. I wonder if ingredients could be weighed to allow for a better more consistent outcome. Thanks for reading!
