I just left your juice bar and ordered a chocolate peanut butter cup protein shake. This shake tastes like water. No consistency whatsoever. What a disappointment after waiting 10 minutes.

Nekter Juice Bar in Novato serves a decent peanut butter acai bowl. The flavor combination was enjoyable, but the portion size and options could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed there were no juices (well, only one type) - I came for a 6-bottle cleanse.

This last visit was lovely and awesome. My only issue up until now has to do with consistency. This is first time in months Ive successfully received an order. Previously every time I attempt, either the juice machine is broken, something is out or they were unable to make a ginger shot. I lost my bday drink and several points that just keep expiring…sort of a bummer. We love Nektar - there are almost zero alternatives for healthy juice options in Novato! Please keep at it 💗

I ordered a juice cleanse and my order wasn’t ready on time and I arrived after the time I selected. The workers didn’t know anything about the juice cleanse. They didn’t know what order I was supposed to drink them and they didn’t know what benefits the cleanse had. They had no knowledge at all. Their customer service was poor.

The staff was great, when I arrived to pick up they informed me their juicer was not working and offered to make me a smoothie instead. Also I had my açaí bowl waiting and they also informed me that they did not have any more bowls so they put it in a large cup AND they were out of strawberries so they added more banana. I felt really bad for them as I was one of the first orders of the day and I am sure many were really cranky with them. Shame on management for not having the adequate supplies needed for a busy weekend.

I am a regular at this store, ordering 3-5 times a week. I order my drinks on the app so they are ready when I pick up (sometimes it can take 15-20 min and I work FT so this way I can grab them in between meetings or my husband will pick up for me) and I ALWAYS add a tip. The juices have been unavailable for 2 weeks. I get this app feature can be turned off if the store is busy but it's quite annoying that it's not been turned on. I have asked about it the last 2 pick ups, the workers just kinda look at me and don't know what to say or do. Today I placed another smoothie order since juices are still not available. I ordered and PAID for a regular (24 oz) My husband picked up my drink and it was a small (16 oz). I don't have time to go back but hope this can be credited on my next order. I love the products. Green juice ordered wash not same recipe as usual. I think they made something different. Way too sweet

Employees are very attentive. There are never any issues with orders and always correct even when custom order are submitted. This is the preferred spot of my people and I when we crave juices and smoothies.

Ordering online was easy. Juice was ready when I got there, fresh and delicious :))

I realize good quality takes time & if I want freshly made juice, which is the key priority for me & why I choose Nektar, I need to plan accordingly. I also appreciate it's hard to balance staffing, so there is often a wait if you walk in. Therefore, I try to pre-order which works well for me. I think you need a frig where my waiting order can be and I can pick it up myself. When I arrived to pickup my online order, the sole girl in the shop was busy making juice so I still had to wait for her to finish. Then she seemed to be confused about my order, asked me what I ordered and found the two drinks in the frig. I ordered at 1:40pm, app said it would be ready by 2pm and I was prob there by 2:20pm. The drinks had separated which I thought usually takes a little longer than that, so I asked her if it was freshly make or these were pre-made. She said they were already made, but I felt awkward about all of it.

I love Nektar but the last few times I've been to the Novato location they have been unorganized, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I will try that location one more time before I start looking for a different juice spot. The product is amazing, it can't be beaten!
