We need more Elvira's in this place she is fast knows how to handle a register and clearly knows the ingredients!!! The younger staff seems like they don't know what they are doing, take FOREVER to make a juice, and might need some extra training. I always order ahead because I'm always in a time crunch and the order is NEVER and I mean NEVER done on time. I come in for pick up, and they are barely grabbing the receipt to begin to make. Mind you, I order ahead at least 15 to 20 mins ahead because this Is a popular place. When I don't see Elvira there, I just walk out immediately due to the 20 minute wait that is guaranteed to happen. Management, please give Elvira the Raise she deserves!!

The experience is premium from all angles, the smoothies and bowls are delicious with a lot of modifiers and easy substitutions. You can order by app or in store, too. They have a 'points reward program' further incentivizing return visits. The employees and owners are all very helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. I easily recommend this over Jamba Juice.

Great! Always a good juice or smoothie. A little on the pricy side but a nice treat.

I work around the corner and love having a juice shop close to my office so I can grab drinkable lunch on occasion.

Great! I usually make juice for my dear friend who’s going through chemo but I couldn’t bring down to her for 2 days. So was looking for juice to be delivered. The experience at Nekter is always smooth. It is easy to order and get our juices. I really like being able to order online and pick it up. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love your products and concept and as a vegan appreciate your healthy approach. But the consistency in the Novato store is lacking. I made the same order twice this week- A Green Apple Detox Juice and a Tropical Cooler smoothie. My first order was great, but they did forget the added ginger in the smoothie. Second order my smoothie was the same consistency of my juice, way too runny, and the green juice was stained red from the previous beet juice they made. It was also much later than the stated pick up time. I make smoothies every day and juice a lot. Nektar would be so great to use when I am short on time to make it myself but the quality is lacking.

Love the Pink Flamingo with Whey protein! Or if I'm in a peanut butter chocolate mood I go for the health nut because it's a little healthier and go with pea protein because it's easier to digest. Then I ask them to mix cinnamon in it and topp it with cinnamon because its just yummy that way! And the Flavors on both of those drinks that way is soo good! You can also opt for regular pb and chocolate too. But they also have available bowls, juices, ice creams and snacks. Love coming here for a power up protein shake.

While the person helping me was very sweet, I don't think she had been trained well as we did an online order and arrived at the appointed time and it hadn't been noticed. We had to wait in the car as our dog was with us and it was a warm day. When I went back in and was waiting, the shift lead came out at one point, ignored me, and then went back into the back room. The customer service used to be a LOT better. The order also was smaller than usual as we asked for ice in our detox juice. Normally it comes in a larger cup to accommodate for the ice, not this time. I won't be coming back any time soon.
