I ordered 2 large smoothies. Mine was the one w dragon fruit. I added a banana and passed on the agave. It tastes like lightly flavored water.
My friends has berries. I asked for no blueberries and extra strawberries. That tastes like water, too.
That was a $27 water bill !!!

So sorry u did not like our smoothies. They are all natural, fruit only. The dragon fruit one you got has 16 ounzes of coconut water, 2 ounzes of unsweetened dragon fruit, 2 cups unsweetened pineapple and 2 cups unsweetened strawberries. No mixes, additional sweeteners added. If u take out the agave they are even less sweet. There is quite a bit inside that cup. Obviously not sweet enough for u but make no mistake there is 6 cups of fruit in the large cup. Far more than just water. Actually no water is added to any of our items. If you are more accustomed to other restaurants smoothies- ours may not be sweet enough. We serve hundreds of people everyday and have been here for 10yrs. Lots of happy customers. Sorry- it sounds like Nekter isn’t for you.
Just an unenjoyable experience, and I prefer my bowl to be a bowl and not a smoothie. It was literally liquid and enjoyable.

The smoothie we received was too bitter and tart and tasted only of strawberry and water. Normally the smoothies are higher quality than this but today it tasted very off putting and was not satisfied.

Didn’t get what I ordered. There was no peanut butter drizzle on the açaí bowl and the PB Health Nut smoothie was watered down without peanut butter in it, even though we paid for extra peanut butter added.

My smoothie never really tastes right at this location. I don’t have this problem with other Nektars across the valley. I order a PB Mocha and at this location it’s always too thick and not as flavorful as the other locations.

Ordered a cleanse online a few days ago. Walked in today, was greeted and gave my name and picked up my box of smoothies. So easy!

I ordered a PB&J smoothie and it was not made well. There was no J and the drink tasted watered down. Not much peanut butter taste. I think a few ingredients were left out

I don’t know if the employees see what each customer tips for online orders but I was redeeming a free smoothie so I decided on a cash tip. At pickup I was not greeted nor did they make eye contact. I’m thinking no big deal as long as my smoothie is great. While drinking my smoothie I felt small chunks of slime in my mouth so I spit into a napkin and what I saw & felt was identical to mucus. I frequently order from 4 different Nekter locations on a weekly basis and never has anything suspicious ended up in my drink or bowl. I am beyond disgusted and as your employee intended I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Not the first time I ordered the smoothie with dates. Today it tasted like nothing (air). It wasn't made right and I realized this after leaving the location.

I usually find the smoothies lack flavor so I rarely order them. I used to go to Jamba Juice and didn't have this problem. Maybe it's using too much ice?
My pumpkin pie smoothie today was totally flavorless! I asked them to add more pumpkin pie spice and it was still the most boring pumpkin smoothie ever. Going back to ordering just juice.
