I ordered 7 smoothies ahead of time. Order was ready and staff were helpful getting it to my car.

Experience was fine. Just not sure i like your product. Got a smoothie & didn't like all the chunks of fruit in there

First time having the chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake/ smoothie.. first I’ll say the fact we could add strawberries and blueberries for free was very much appreciated and as it should be so thank you! Then on top of that it was delicious and they have pea protein and the whole drink was amazingly delicious!

I ordered ahead online so I could get to work on time and arrived about 20 mins after I placed my “ASAP” order and when I got there the order hadn’t been started and I ended up waiting for an additional 20ish minutes. There was only one person working and I felt bad for him. I order from Nekter probably twice a year and this happened the last time too. I would place more orders if there was better time management and I didn’t have to wait for an extended period of time for my small smoothie.

I waited almost 5 min and no one was at the counter. All 3 girls were making smoothies. After I finally saw someone, I told her that I had a pick up order and she got it out. One person needs to say at counter.

Bought 3 small smoothies for me and kiddos. It was my first time in. The mango and dragonfruit ones were very bland (I suspect this is related to the cashew milk but my kids and I usually enjoy cashew milk). The orange strawberry one had more flavor but was incredibly bitter (I know - this can happen with fresh fruit…). My typically juice/smoothie/lassi/boba loving kiddos took one sip and not another of any of them. A big waste of >$30 (once tax/tip are considered) for 3 small drinks. (Btw - service was just fine hence the two stars. This is all product & price-value feedback.)

Had 5 smoothies, and they were all made in good time, and all delicious. Great service and great tasting.

Very efficient. Just a suggestion; ordered the tropical smoothie with yogurt. You should blend the yogurt into the smoothie; it’s too difficult to drink when the yogurt is all on the bottom.

Good experience. Smoothie seemed watered down though. It did not have a normal raspberry flavor.

Great, the smoothies are great and the employees are always friendly.
