I love Nekter. It’s been my smoothie/bowl business of choice for YEARS. The biggest complaint I have and improvement the company could make, which has nothing to do with the store itself is allow a notes/allergies section when ordering online/through the app. I am allergic to strawberries and can only ever select to not have strawberries on top, never not IN a bowl or smoothie… not having this capability drastically limits what I’m able to order online vs. in store.

I’ve been purchasing smoothies, juice and snacks from the Dana Park location for a few weeks now. I love it. I’m glad I decided to give them a try. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Thank you to everyone who everyone there who continues to provide awesome service : -)

Ordered on line. Picked up. Went home. Both of our smoothies tasted weird/ almost bad, like making something was bad? Pineapple maybe... but tired so ate some of it and gave up. Hopefully we won't get tummy aches. Don't know what was wrong but both tasted icky. Usually are delicious!

Not good. Placed order and tried to call to say no banana and phones were down. Upon arrival staff was very nice and remade it however the smoothie was terribly bitter couldn’t taste peanut just cold brew. Please tefund

Customer service is great. Howevr twice when i order on line i ordered a medium smoothie and got a small. One time they didn’t have my order ready and said they did not see it. I did not have time to wait. I don’t think I ever got my money back, but haven’t checked yet. Used to love to call my order in but the phone didn’t work at the time. I may be switching places soon if I can find a better way to order. Thank you.

Love your smoothies! I order ahead and usually they are ready to go when I get there! Employees are typically friendly although at times there only seems to be one person working which makes customer service a bit challenging
