This is the Nekter I usually go to no problem but I just got the wrong bowl today with my mobile order. I ordered the PB&J bowl but got the peanut butter bowl and there is a price difference. I called the number for the store but it didn’t go through. Could I get some help with this?

I absolutely love the pumpkin drink. Its so good and I crave it way to often :) The employees are always very helpful and I love that I can customize drinks and bowls to my liking.

this location is very good! the staff is always kind! i would bring my kids here on a more regular basis, if prices were a little bit cheaper. (especially the protein bites and smoothies-i feel the acai bowls are priced reasonably)

I purchase a mango smoothie bowl every week. I’m late-term, high-risk pregnant and it helps with energy and stomach problems.
The mango bowl is always an orange color. which is to be expected because of the mangos. Today it was purplish pink. When I voiced my concern that I’d been given the wrong smoothie, I was told it always looked like that.
This made me feel dumb. Mangos aren’t purple that I’m aware of and my experience with the company would suggest it’s not the normal color.
They mentioned they may have over added more acai to it than mango. Whatever it was tasted more like strawberries. Not sure what was actually in the smoothie bowl.
It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I expected. Not sure the customer service was particularly wrong but it also didn’t feel right either. 🤷🏼♀️
