I went for a juice and mine wasn’t delivered with the rest. Since it wasn’t ready yet, I asked to switch it for another one, but they tried to charge me again. There was no courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue, and the order wasn’t prepared on time. Not a good customer service experience.

Don't like the automated ordering. More juice options would be great.

Love the fresh juiced juice. Very refreshing, feels healthy. Little pricey but much better than doing it at home.

Well they didn’t receive my order when my husband went to go pick it up so I had to take a screenshot of my receipt and send it to him for them to make my drink. Also, my drink had like a little over an inch of room in the cup so it’s not a full juice I’ve received.

The food and juices are always great. No complaints there. Just getting more expensive so that’s why the 8.

Excellent service and juice quality. It's ultra filtered so you won't get any bits and pieces. My only suggestion is to get more organic products. You'd tap into a very lucrative and profitable market if you advertised organic juices or organic sugar-free protein balls. I did love getting a delicious and refreshing free juice after downloading the app.

Everytime we order something changes on the your App. Less choices for make your own juice. Just charge for additional items!!!

The juices are great. Appreciate the bag they came in. Only improvement there could be is to cut down the 2 day lead, that’s looking for something to complain about. Thank you!

I’m an adventurous eater so I like pretty exotic fruits. This has the typical safe fanfare which is fine. I thought I could use my own reusable bottle to conserve plastic cups, but they don’t allow it. So regardless if I bring my own container, they will always have to use a plastic cup and top. At the very least, I can use my own straw. That was a real bummer as I am trying to reduce my plastic consumption. My reagular go to drink is a custom juice: beet, pineapple, ginger or beet, green apple, ginger.

The ease of ordering and pick up.was fantastic. This just isn't something I can do often because it is expensive. I was supposed to get a free juice for downloading the app and ordering but that was not available on my account. Otherwise I would have scored a 10.
