The level of service at this location seems to be declining. I placed an order Friday with a scheduled pickup Monday. I called to see if my 3 day juice cleanse was ready for pickup and the customer service rep said they forgot to make it and that It’d being ready by Tuesday. Previous times when calling the store they’d never pick up the phone.

Been coming to this location for awhile, always great customer service and juice is always made right. They’ve been willing to add or change my order to suite my needs in the past!

Ruined my juice with too much GINGER

Love there fresh made juices and pre-made juices for when I feel lazy.

Went in the other day and they were all friendly and quick. I only had a few minutes for lunch and they made multiple bowls and a smoothie for me to bring back to the office. Everyone loved it! I'm definitely going back here. Plus, the juicer in the back was hot and was so nice talking to him.

I’ve been purchasing smoothies, juice and snacks from the Dana Park location for a few weeks now. I love it. I’m glad I decided to give them a try. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Thank you to everyone who everyone there who continues to provide awesome service : -)

I love Nektar juices especially the ginger shots and the Skinny Lemonade. My experience with this one has not been positive. There is a young man that works there some days and EVERY SINGLE TIME he works he is late. I let it slide approximately 5 times however could not let it go any longer. What he makes is very good and he does get everyone's items quickly. I stop by this one because it is between my home and my work and a convenient stop when the person working is on time.

Thank you Nektar for being there for me! I have Lyme disease and just never know just what will help. But I can count my juices to be there for me. I’m so sorry it was last minute. You guys are amazing!

I love Nekter, especially the fresh and custom juice aspect. Love ordering ahead, everyone is always amazing.

Our cups were sliced open on the sides. Juice went everywhere! Cups are faulty.

Been there twice in the last week and each time subpar service. Yesterday I ordered a green juice and I watched him put in 9 apples and one stalk of kale to give it the green color and nothing else. I asked him about the other ingredients of ginger, cucumber, lemon and kale and he lied and said they were in there. I paid for a green juice and got apple juice worse service ever.
