I paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive them on my bowl. I hadn’t realized until I was already at home and the store was about to close so I couldn’t go back. It’s unfortunate since the cost has already increased and paying for toppings I didn’t get. It was disappointing.

I went in for an Acai bowl. I wasn't sure what to try but Anthony helped me out and gave me some good recommendations. Which i appreciated because I have a hard time deciding especially when I'm hot and hungry. So i went with the Banana berry bowl and he spilt in half made me even happier. He also recommended these yummy protein poppers so tasty!!!! The price was decent and they do military discounts which is a hug plus in my book. Thanks Anthony for your great customer service.

Went in the other day and they were all friendly and quick. I only had a few minutes for lunch and they made multiple bowls and a smoothie for me to bring back to the office. Everyone loved it! I'm definitely going back here. Plus, the juicer in the back was hot and was so nice talking to him.

We love Nektar, but the last time we ordered on line we didn’t receive the pineapple in our açaí bowls. They were really good as they always are, but we were a little disappointed, because we were charged extra for it. We must say that was the first time that we didn’t get what we paid for.

Normally I’m Pretty happy with my açaí bowl but today the bananas were old I couldn’t even eat them they were so bad. The strawberries were old as well but at least edible. The coconut flakes that I ordered for an extra topping were not on the bowl at all. Not sure what the problem was maybe because it’s Monday you don’t have fresh fruit???

I love Nekter. It’s been my smoothie/bowl business of choice for YEARS. The biggest complaint I have and improvement the company could make, which has nothing to do with the store itself is allow a notes/allergies section when ordering online/through the app. I am allergic to strawberries and can only ever select to not have strawberries on top, never not IN a bowl or smoothie… not having this capability drastically limits what I’m able to order online vs. in store.

I ordered ahead so I was able to go in and pick up very easily. The bowl itself was super yummy as well.
