I tried to use a promo for a buy one get one through a new member special on the app but the reward wasn’t going through and the staff here was no help. I even showed them the promo text and online order and they just said they didn’t know. They also didn’t have smoothies that were listed on their online menu. Overall not the best experience.

I had a new member reward through the app that was a buy one get one and it wasn’t working. After showing the associate the reward notification, she just said she didn’t know and didn’t provide any other help. Just didn’t feel like a very helpful experience. My friend also said she didn’t like peanut butter and if she could change out the peanut butter granola which happened but then they still drizzled the bowl in peanut butter. Overall, just not the best customer service but the bowl and smoothie was still good!

I just had a pick up order, so not too much interaction. I wasn't greeted when I came in but the associate at the front was helping another person and there was someone else in line. Someone did come out of the back after about 4 minutes and grabbed my order for me. Not especially friendly but not rude in anyway. Fine service and the smoothie was good.

I always have a great experience at Nékter but today I was ignored completely for about 5 minutes while waiting for my online order. Yes, they were busy inside but my order was ready and the gentleman at the register was just chatting with one of the customers for a bit (not order related) and then went to the back without acknowledging me. He went back and came out another 2 times without asking me my name. Finally the other guy who was making smoothies asked what my name was and the other guy went and grabbed my order. Didn’t love this, to be honest. Especially since my food was completely ready, I could have been in and out of there so quickly.

Great! I placed an online mobile order to a store I have never been to, and the order was ready, and I was greeted immediately upon entering and the smoothies were delicious!

My mom and I walked in together to place 2 separate orders. One girl of two walks up from the back and takes my mom orders of two smoothies. I'm standing like THREE steps away from here waiting to go next. The cashier charges my mom and runs to the back. We were the only ones in line. One other in the store. Not even a question of I needed anything? Simple attention and check in will improve the cust xp instead of leaving me feeling ignored and not valued or appreciated. Visit took place in afternoon Saturday 7/13, I did not get names. But schedule should show ;) 🙏🕉🩵

Went in the other day and they were all friendly and quick. I only had a few minutes for lunch and they made multiple bowls and a smoothie for me to bring back to the office. Everyone loved it! I'm definitely going back here. Plus, the juicer in the back was hot and was so nice talking to him.
