I've been here a few times in the past month and I have always got excellent customer service. I downloaded the Nekter app and an employee helped me get the points onto my account! Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, amazing drinks!

I went to your mesa location today and ordered a pumpkin pie smoothie (my fave!) i had one a few days ago that was perfect. However, today i ordered one and it was not good. It was extremely watery and didnt taste like there were any dates or spices in it. :( i didnt taste it until i was already in the car and on my way to work so i couldnt go back in to get it fixed. Ive never had a bad smoothie until today so im super bummed. It was supposed to be my lunch :(

I went into Nekter and placed a to go order because I was with my toddler. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I got home and started eating the bowl, I noticed that what we ordered is not what we were given. The extra fruit that we ordered for the top was correct, but the actual acai blend was not the one we ordered. Not only was the order wrong, but there seemed to be just as much granola as the actual acai blend. I should have driven back to Nekter but I had a hungry/tired toddler. Spending roughly $20 for two bowls and not getting what we ordered was highly disappointing. We love Nekter! This was our second time going this week. However, this experience makes me think twice about whether I REALLY have to have Nekter. I will say that the staff is always nice, approachable, patient, and goes out of their way to help.
I love Nekter in Dana Park. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The juice is made perfectly. I just wish the prices didn't have to keep coming up.
