I'm giving 2 stars since the drinks were good. However, the customer service was really sad. I tried to buy a gift card for Mother's Day and I was handed a card that said "bonus card" on it before being able to pick out the card I wanted. The card had an expiration date in the same year as the purchase, and it said that it could be used on merchandise only. I asked to switch it out for a card that actually said gift card on it since they had 4 other styles of cards that said gift card on it and didn't look like some part of a promotion deal with an expiration date, since I thought my mother deserved an actual gift. The shift lead came out and talked to us like we were a fellow high school homie, said they can't do anything, so I had to buy another gift card.

Disgusted that I even have to give them one star as they deserve zero. 25 minutes of waiting with very few people in the store, 3 kids with no clue and very poor customer service running it and filthy. DO NOT waste your time here. End result we never even got our drinks and an answer of "not sure what happened".

This is the second time in a week that the shipment did not come and I could not get anything I came in for- what is going on- I love your store and speak so highly of it!!!!

Tried to call to order before arriving so I wouldn't have to wait because I had to go to work and no one answered the phone and busy tones where I couldn't get through. I was almost late to work because of having to wait in line instead of just grabbing and going.

If you've read my other reviews you know I'm big on customer service. I've been coming here regularly for the past year- maybe twice a month and I. All but one instance the service has been great. Friendly staff. The one negative time was when I asked her for a big drink, they had two sample cups on display. My total came to like $11 and I was like "it shows large to be like $9. $2 for tax?" The girl said "that's extra large and I was like- "then why don't you have a sample of that on display?" She huffed off and a manager came out and fixed it. Haven't seen that girl since. Besides very good service I have discovered their bowls. The one I regularly get is awesome. They also have an app so I can preorder and pickup. Only negative is that it's a bit pricey but the quality is there.

Very good atmosphere, nice staff, and healthy drinks. The watermelon and mint juice is a life saver in Arizona's scorching summer!

I took my company team to this location for a reward for achieving a monthly goal. It was the first time for several of us. I'm not sure how it happens, but this location was out of strawberries, peanut butter and ACAI ... I'm certain Acai is at the basis of your business. None of us were able to order what we actually wanted. After inquiring for some sort of discount on our $70+ order, we were told there was nothing they could do. Not the best first experience.

I drove pretty far out of my way to get my favorite smoothie for dinner and you guys ran out of peanut butter! I only had a certain amount of time before I had to pick up my daughter and didn't have time to go to another location. I was pretty sad when I left with nothing.
